K-SAMONE & CO, Dallas Texas-based, is an international Interior Design, Architectural Drafting, 3-D Visualization, Branding, and Real Estate Development firm. K-SAMONE & CO specializes in iconic designs and spatial planning solutions for interior and exterior developments. Our keen experience in design, architecture, and branding has refreshed the design market in residential, commercial, hospitality, and student living becoming one of the most buzzed-out renovations or new build properties in the world of design. In collaboration with our constituents in the UK, we act as a creative conduit that spearheads and administers the design direction of the interior and erratically exterior of buildings.

Designing to inspire, K-SAMONE & CO set a mission to provide dazzling interiors for all clients, both domestic and foreign. Creating bespoke interiors and offering drafting services assembled to their client's sector liking, K-SAMONE & CO enabled our client’s dream to turn into a reality allowing their defined luxury to meet their personalized originality.

Created and led by designer professionally known as K'AY SAMONE, K-SAMONE & CO provides solace to new homeowners and property developers through our iconic design solutions in aesthetics and functionality. In addition, we provide ownership groups with the proper resources they need for more urgent solutions that are at least 65% more efficient with a faster turnaround rate that enables them to start enjoying their property and/or be released from debt sooner. This edition is released through our subsidiary company K-SAMONE PROPERTIES.

K-SAMONE PROPERTIES offers customized and “ready-to-build” / “ready-to-purchase” design packages. This service is strictly for those who desire a faster turnaround time to start living or paying back investors sooner. Learn more about this service here.

For custom projects, K’AY is 100% involved in the evolution of the property through design, architecture, and material selections. For big projects, such as hotels, we contract and collaborate with firms that will provide accurate and detailed information through architecture and FF&E specifications for procurement, based on the approved design and scope of work provided by the owner.

For an additional fee, K-SAMONE & CO manages and supervises the project progression by working jointly with the project team of designers, architects, and client operations to drive the project’s efficiency. Weekly or bi-weekly check-ins are scheduled to assure deadlines are being met and status reports are effectively communicated and updated by all consultants for proper development and documentation purposes. All work is checked against the “scope of work and timeline” document dated and signed by the owner to assure all requirements align with the finished product during each phase.

If requested, we also offer services in freelance opportunities that are inclusive of but not limited to, providing a simple logo design or branding package orchestrated through our Creative Studio section; providing 2D and/or 3D photorealistic visualization packages; personal and company portfolios, interior design support, and architectural drafting for conceptual purposes.
